All Saints Catholic Church

Size of Facility: 17,150 sf
(plus 10,150 sf of renovation)

Construction Cost: $1,400,000

Brief Description: Master planning of a 600-seat church on a 14 acre site. This plan accommodated a previously-constructed 10,150 sf facility with a 300 seat nave. The first phase building addition included a 375-seat parish hall, large commercial kitchen, eight classrooms, music room, administration suite, narthex and restrooms, as well as a reconfigured and enlarged parking lot. This project also included reconfiguring the existing facility's interior walls, so that it now includes an expanded nursery, cry room, two classrooms, adult learning center, sacristy and confessional, as well as an enlarged nave.

Allendale Township

Size of Facility: 3,000 sf (new) and 6,500 sf (renovation)

Construction Cost: $ 335,000

Brief Description: Reconfiguring 6,500 sf of the existing township hall's interior rooms and spaces, as well as constructing a 3,000 sf addition.

Brief Description: Master planning of a 600 seat church campus on a 9 acre site. This plan accommodated a previously-constructed 16,200 sf church building. Their first phase building addition included a large lobby, youth room, expanded nursery, classrooms and restrooms.

Berean Bible Church

Size of Facility: 11,750 sf (plus 1,100 sf mezzanine)

Construction Cost: $915,200

Brief Description: Master planning of a 600 seat church campus on a 7 acre site. This plan accommodated a previously-constructed 11,575 sf church building. Their first phase building addition included a 600 seat sanctuary, narthex, nursery, restrooms and elevator.

Calvary Reformed Church

Size of Facility: 22,485 sf (includes 9,225 sf at main level and 5,800 sf at upper level, plus 7,460 sf at basement level)

Construction Cost: $ 1,300,000

Brief Description: A two-story building addition plus a full basement level. This addition included a new foyer, nurseries, classrooms, library, music suite, youth room, administrative suite and exterior drop-off area. Most of the second floor and basement were left unfinished, to accommodate the space needs of future congregational growth and ministries.

City of Coopersville

Brief Description: Master plan analysis of all municipal facilities, to accommodate the present and future needs of city administration, police, fire, civil defense, water and sewer, public works, and recreation departments.

First Baptist Church

Brief Description: Master planning of a 1,500 seat church campus on a 7 acre vacant site (plus additional, adjacent property that is optioned for future purchase). Their first construction phase was a shared-use facility for their church, preschool and K-12 school, and included a 550 seat celebration center.

Brief Description: A new single story, free-standing parish hall/education building. This project included a new 300-seat parish hall, commercial kitchen, seven classrooms, restrooms and two entrance lobbies, as well as a new 103-space paved parking lot.

St. Mary Magdalen Church

Size of Facility: 16,000 sf (plus 5,800 sf of renovation)

Construction Cost (Estimated): $1,850,000

Brief Description: Master planning of a 1,000-seat church on a large site, which also accommodates several little league ball fields. This plan accommodated a previously-constructed 33,000 sf facility with a 825-seat nave. The first phase building addition, which is not yet built, will include a new 500-seat family center, large commercial kitchen, classrooms, restrooms and entrance lobby. This project will also include a partial renovation of Faith Formation's existing classrooms, offices and nursery.

Shaftsburg United Methodist Church

Brief Description: Master planning of a new 400 seat church campus on a 10 acre vacant site. Their first construction phase has a traditional, "country-church" appearance and is used as both a church and preschool.
