Since 1983, our team at Jeffrey
Parker Architects has specialized in
equipping churches and businesses
with carefully crafted buildings that

and vision. In doing so, we create
holistic master plans which accom-
modate both the present and the
future. The result is that these buildings can be constructed in a phased sequence, as dictated by our clients' ongoing growth and financial capability.

Our approach goes well beyond the traditional realm of architecture by proactively orchestrating the entire building process - everything from design inception to building dedication. We weave together the individual efforts of municipal zoning administrators, building inspectors, lending agencies, capital gifts consultants, contractors and suppliers of furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Another of our team's distinguishing features is our adeptness at working with large committees and building constituencies. We engage these groups in a unique participatory planning process, which creates design consensus, ownership responsibility, momentum and passion.

We also assist our clients in developing realistic financial plans, which ultimately determines what they can afford. Each plan is uniquely composed of both capital and equity, and often includes a capital gifts campaign. The appropriate combination is dictated by individual financial capabiblities, priorities and beliefs.
